When COVID-19 blew up, you, like most businesses, were probably caught on the back foot.
Many SMEs are now in survival mode or worse, still grappling to understand the impacts for their business.
But it’s not enough just to just adapt because this is not a permanent state. It’s also about challenging your status quo to find a better way of working, new opportunities, maintaining profitability and positioning yourself for recovery.
Not doing these things creates a risk of being on the back foot again after this is all over.
We are all in this together and our collective efforts will get us through which is why I am hosting a free weekly forum for SME owners and leaders: COVID-19 SME Navigator Series – Surviving and thriving.
Content and discussion will be based on our COVID-19 SME Navigator. But equally important is the opportunity to come together to share knowledge and experiences and to get support.
